LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Akibat tertabrak mobil bus, wanita berparas cantik di Pangandaran harus menjadi disabilitas tuna daksa.
Wanita berparas cantik ini bernama Suhartini (21) warga Dusun Pasirkiara, Desa Karangbenda, Kecamatan Parigi, Kabupaten Pangandaran.
Pasca kecelakaan, Suhartini yang memilik postur tubuh tinggi harus menjalani kehidupannya tanpa memiliki satu kaki kanannya.
“Kondisi seperti ini sejak tahun 2018, waktu Saya tertabrak mobil bus di jalan Pangandaran,” ungkapnya di pantai barat Pangandaran, Kamis (17/11/2022).
Dan setelah kejadian tersebut, dia mengaku sempat patah semangat menjalani kehidupannya.
“Tapi, sejak mengenal NPCI Pangandaran alhamdulillah menjadi semangat lagi.
Karena, Saya bisa gabung bersama teman-teman dan berlatih olahraga,” jelasnya.
Dalam berlatih olahraga, Suhartini menekuni olahraga lempar lembing, lempar cakram dan tolak peluru.
Meskipun baru berlatih selama 3 bulan, Suhartini tetap semangat dan optimis untuk menjadi atlet.
“Ikut olahraga seperti lempar lembing, Saya ingin punya kegiatan dan punya cita-cita ingin membahagiakan orang tua,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, Ia juga ingin mengharumkan nama baik Kabupaten Pangandaran yang merupakan tempat tinggalnya.
“Ya, mudah-mudahan ikut Peparda VI di Bekasi, pulang ke Pangandaran nanti bisa bawa medali,” harapannya.
Sementara pelatih lempar, Cucu Gumilar menyampaikan, saat ini pihaknya sedang membangun fisiologis dan kepercayaan Suhartini dengan melakukan kegiatan olahraga ini.
Memang dari latarbelakangnya, dia (Suhartini) ini menjadi disabilitas akibat kejadian tabrak lari.
“Ya, mudah-mudahan nanti bisa meraih medali yang diinginkan sehingga kepercayaan dirinya menjadi meningkat dan bergairah lagi kehidupannya,” ungkapnya. (*)
