Informasi yang diterima, sejumlah pelajar yang menyampaikan keluhan tersebut terjadi di Terminal Pangandaran, Selasa (5/12/2023).
Dalam video, terlihat sejumlah pelajar yang mengaku dari SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak Kabupaten Pangandaran kelas 11 TKJ 2 dan sempat terlantar di Terminal Pangandaran.
“Saya ada keluhan, tadi saya di suruh (pihak sekolah) ke bank untuk mengambil uang dari bantuan,” ungkap satu pelajar yang belum diketahui namanya dikutip, Sabtu (9/12/2023).
Setelah membawa uang bantuan, Ia bersama temannya mengaku sudah mengatakan membutuhkan uang untuk membeli BBM.
“Saya sudah mengatakan di dalam Bank tersebut, tapi pas keluar uang saya malah diambil oleh staf TU. Dan satu staf TU itu bilang beralibi, bahwa uang tersebut untuk biaya PKL,” katanya.
Padahal, lanjut Ia, Ia bersama temannya dari Cimerak ke Pangandara membutuhkan Bensin (BBM) untuk kendaraan sepeda motornya.
“Sedangkan saya tidak membawa uang sedikitpun. Saya ingin meminta ke staf TU tapi malah menyelewengkan, malah bilang saya berbohong tentang itu (butuh uang untuk beli bensin),” kata satu pelajar didampingi 5 temannya.
Dengan terjadinya hal tersebut, Ia ingin mengklarifikasi tentang uang tersebut terkait peruntukannya untuk apa.
Setelah video tersebut beredar. Tim Saber Pungli Kabupaten Pangandaran pun langsung menelusuri ke SMK Miftahul Ulum Cimerak pada Rabu 06 Desember 2023.
Anggota Satgas Penindakan Saber Pungli UPP Kabupaten Pangandaran Subarnas mengatakan, awalnya petugas Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Jawa Barat bersama anggota Tim Saber Pungli yang kebetulan berada di sekitar terminal Pangandaran.
Kemudian langsung menghampiri pelajar yang sedang kebingungan dan menceritakan yang dialaminya kepada dua petugas tersebut. Tidak lama kemudian keenam pelajar itu langsung pulang setelah mendapatkan uang untuk transportasinya.
“Dari kejanggalan tersebut, kami langsung mendatangi dan meminta keterangan soal bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) dari pihak sekolah terkait,” jelasnya.
Menurut pengakuan pihak sekolah, kata Subarnas, dana bantuan dari Program Indonesia Pintar tersebut akan digunakan untuk keperluan siswa jika ada kegiatan yang memerlukan biaya seperti kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) atau prakerin.
Dari hasil klarifikasi dengan pihak SMK Mitahul Ulum Cimerak, kata Subarnas, bahwa dana bantuan PIP tersebut sebesar Rp 108 Juta untuk 108 orang penerima.
Namun, baru Rp 78 juta yang sudah dicairkan dan sementara sisanya Rp 30 juta lagi belum dicairkan.
“Kita tetapkan sebanyak tiga orang yang harus bertanggung jawab terkait masalah bantuan PIP tersebut,” ungkap Subarnas. (*)
