LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Kepala sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Banjarsari, Mochamad Solehudin mengklarifikasi soal penarikan sumbangan sebesar Rp 1,6 juta.
Dia menyebut sumbangan tersebut tidak dikondisikan atau bahkan ditarik oleh fihak sekolah.
Menurutnya, Hal ini sesuai payung hukum yang berlaku yaitu PP No. 48 Tahun 2018, Permendikbud No. 75 tahun 2016, dan Pergub Jabar No. 97 tahun 2022.
Orang tua siswa yang mampu, kata kepsek, bersepakat memperkirakan besaran sumbangan saat menggelar rapat bersama komite sekolah pada hari senin lalu (25/9) dengan jangka waktu yang tidak ditentukan.
“Bahkan nominal dari Rp 0. sampai dengan Rp1.150.000 itu munculnya dari pihak orang tua siswa bukan dari sekolah” kata kepsek saat di wawancarai Kamis, (5/10/2023).
Ia menuturkan, pihaknya hanya mengajukan program keperluan atau kebutuhan kepada komite sekolah.
Ia mengatakan, program-program yang di sampaikan kepada pihak komite sangat penting, namun dirinya menyebut hal itu tidak menjadikan sebuah kewajiban.
“bila keberatan juga tidak apa-apa. Mungkin kami (pihak sekolah) akan mencari pemenuhan anggaran melalui bantuan kepada para pihak yang peduli Pendidikan, atau mengajukan kepada pemerintah” katanya.
Ia menambahkan, “kalau yang Rp 450 ribu itu bukan penarikan sumbangan, akan tetapi kisaran harga seragam guna keperluan siswa sendiri yang dapat diperoleh melalui penyedia yang siap melayani pembelian dengan tunai atau bahkan cicilan jangka panjang” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya dikabaran Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 1 Banjarsari menarik biaya sebesar Rp1.600.000 persiswa kepada pelajar kelas X dengan dalih sumbangan.
Penarikan tersebut untuk keperluan rehabilitasi bangunan bangunan, gaji guru honorer dan seragam dengan kebutuhan anggaran sebesar Rp 404 juta.
Menurutnya, keperluan tersebut tidak bisa tercover oleh anggaran dana BOS maupun BOPD.
