Para peserta pun bukan hanya asli daerah Pangandaran, tapi juga diikuti oleh sejumlah komunitas layang – layang seperti dari Banjarsari Ciamis dan dari Kota Banjar.
Selain itu, tak hanya para peserta dan warga setempat, festival layang-layang tersebut juga dihadiri jajaran Muspika Padaherang.
Di antaranya, Camat Padaherang, Kapolsek Padaherang, Danramil 2506/Padaherang, tokoh masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa setempat.
