LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Mencicipi wedang rempah racikan satu warga di Pangandaran memanfaatkan rempah-rempah alami.
Satu warga ini bernama Suyadi (60) pengelola Banyu Urip di Vila Cikembulan Regency Bulaklaut, Kecamatan Sidamulih, Kabupaten Pangandaran
Selain wedang rempah, di tempatnya juga ada wedang uwuh yang khasiatnya untuk menjaga stamina tubuh.
Suyadi menyampaikan, wedang rempah atau pun wedang uwuh ini pengganti kopi yang biasa diminum setiap hari.
Wedang rempah ini berbahan dasar berbagai jenis rempah yang diambil dari alam. Manfaatnya, tentu wedang ini bisa mengurangi rasa cape, kolesterol, asam urat dan kesemutan.
“Biasa diminum di pagi hari atau pun sore hari. Bahkan, satu bungkus wedang rempah ini bisa diseduh sebanyak 2 sampai 3 kali,” ungkapnya, Sabtu (15/7/2023).
Cara penyajiannya, bisa direbus dulu dan bisa langsung diseduh di gelas berukuran besar dengan menggunakan air panas.
“Rasanya manis seperti teh dan akan hangat di tubuh kita. Apalagi kalau musim hujan, wedang rempah ini sangat cocok,” kata Suyadi.
Untuk bahan dasarnya, Ia mengambil dan mengumpulkan sendiri dari beberapa UMKM di wilayah Jawa Tengah.
“Saya tinggal menerima bahan yang sudah jadi. Seperti, jahe merah itu saya beli yang sudah kering disangrai,” ucap Suyadi.
Selain jahe merah yang sudah kering, per kemasan satu bungkus wedang rempah ini juga ada rempah-rempah lainnya.
Seperti, kapulaga, cengkeh, daun cengkeh, daun kayu manis, daun secang, daun salam dan gula batu.
“Nah, gula batu ini masih asli hasil dari pengrajin di Jawa tengah,” jelasnya.
Sementara untuk harga, per satu kemasan kecil, wedang rempah ini dibandrol dengan harga Rp 5 ribu sampai Rp 6 ribu.
“Kalau kemasan besar atau satu paket berisi 12 bungkus kecil harganya Rp 50 ribu sampai Rp 60 ribu,” paparnya. (*)
