LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Pangandaran, Muhtadin mengatakan, peserta Pemilu diperbolehkan melakukan kampanye di tempat fasilitas pendidikan perguruan tinggi dan gedung milik pemerintah.
Hal tersebut tertuang dalam PKPU perubahan dari PKPU nomor 15 oleh PKPU nomor 20 Tahun 2023.
Bahwa, kampanye diperbolehkan di dua lokasi yang sebelumnya dilarang sekarang menjadi diperbolehkan.
“Dua lokasi ini yaitu di tempat pendidikan di perguruan tinggi dan di gedung yang menjadi milik Pemerintah,” katanya di KPU Kabupaten Pangandaran, Sabtu (18/11/2023).
Dengan ketentuan yaitu, sepanjang ada izin dari pemilik atau pengelola.
Gedung pemerintah, kata dia, itu ada izinnya. Di perguruan tinggi ada izinnya dan di tempat pendidikan juga eksplisit disebutkan bahwa yang boleh itu di perguruan tinggi.
“Bukan di SD, bukan di SMP dan bukan di SLTA tapi eksplisit disebutkan yaitu di perguruan tinggi berbentuk universitas, insitut, sekolah tinggi, akademi, akademi komunitas itu baru diperbolehkan untuk kegiatan kampanye,” paparnya.
Selain itu, ada ketentuan juga yakni harus dilaksanakan di hari libur, Sabtu dan Minggu. Kemudian, ada izin dari pemilik dan dilarang membawa atribut peserta Pemilu.
Menanggapi terkait fasilitas negara yang bisa digunakan untuk tempat kampanye, Ia menyebut hal itu tidak akan terjadi masalah.
“Karena, tidak ada perlakuan berbeda, ini berlaku bagi seluruh peserta Pemilu,” jelasnya.
Apakah, pertemuannya itu untuk partai politik, kegiatan calon DPD ataupun capres – cawapres, mereka semua diperbolehkan.
“Jadi, tidak untuk salah satu kelompok kepentingan tapi diperuntukkan untuk semuanya,” kata Muhtadin. (*)
