LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Menjelang natal dan tahun baru, minuman keras (miras) berbagai jenis dimusnahkan Polres Pangandaran Polda Jabar.
Diketahui, miras yang dimusnahkan tersebut hasil operasi razia penyakit masyarakat (pekat) di wilayah hukum Polres Pangandaran.
Miras yang dimusnahkan ini, yakni sebanyak 988 botol dengan berbagai merk, 8 botol aqua kecil sejenis ciu dan 7 botol aqua berukuran besar sejenis ciu.
Kasat Narkoba Polres Pangandaran AKP Juntar Hutasoit mengatakan, pihaknya hari ini (15/12/2022) sekitar jam 9 telah melaksanakan pemusnahan miras hasil dari operasi pekat.
“Dan kita juga, dalam rangka cipta kondisi menjelang perayaan Natal dan tahun baru 2023,” kata Juntar di halaman kantornya, Kamis (15/12/2022).
Dalam melaksanakan razia operasi pekat, selain Sat Narkoba juga melibatkan Sat Reskrim, Sat Sabraha dan Polsek – Polsek di Polres Pangandaran.
“Kita, lebih melakukan tindakan operasi terhadap minuman beralkohol di warung-warung tanpa izin,” jelasnya.
Operasi razia pekat bukan hanya dilakukan saat ini saja, tapi untuk menjaga kondusivitas di wilayah hukum Polres Pangandaran kedepannya akan tetap dilaksanakan.
“Untuk sangsi hukum, karena belum ada regulasi yang mengatur soal miras dari Pemda, sementara kita menggunakan undang undang perdagangan,” ungkapnya. (*)
