LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Setiap tahun, ada sekitar 7.000 pasangan suami istri (Pasutri) di Ciamis dan Pangandaran memilih mengakhir jalinan rumah tangganya dengan sidang di PA Kelas I A Ciamis.
Rata-rata setiap bulan, ada 600 janda dan duda baru dengan surat cerai resmi yang diterbitkan oleh PA Ciamis.
Selama 6 bulan tahun 2023 ini, ada 2.143 perkara cerai yang diputus PA Ciamis dari 2.685 permohonan yang masuk.
Sampai awal Juli ini ada 2.685 janda dan duda baru di Ciamis dan Pangandaran.
Ketua PA Ciamis Dr H Arif Mukhsinin SH MH mengatakan, dari ribuan rumah tangga yang bubar setelah sidangnya diputus di PA Ciamis.
Mereka, didominasi oleh kalangan rumah tangga berusia muda.
“Didominasi pasangan muda antara 24 tahun sampai 45 tahun,” kata Arif di Aula Makodim 0613/Ciamis, Kamis (6/7/2023).
Penyebab utama ribuan rumah tangga Pasutri muda tersebut yakni tingginya penggunaan handphone. Hal itu, terungkap dari ribuan perkara cerai yang disidang di PA Ciamis.
“Penyebabnya adalah tingginya penggunaan handphone. Jadi, komunikasi terbuka luas, baik itu melalui telepon, SMS, FB, WA, berbagai aplikasi maupun layanan onlinenya,” katanya.
Dengan leluasanya berkomunikasi, tentu sering memunculkan orang ketiga dalam rumah tangga yang akibatnya terjadi perselingkuhan.
“Latar belakang ekonomi menjadi faktor sekian. Tapi, handphone dengan berbagai layanannya memudahkan perselingkuhan,” ucap Arif.
Dia meyakini kasus cerai yang terjadi di masyarakat jauh lebih banyak daripada yang resmi diperkarakan di PA. “Banyak kasus cerai, tapi tidak sampai ke PA,” ungkapnya. (*)
