Cerita Owner Studio Spotlight Indonesia di Pangandaran, Sempat Menjadi Perangkat Desa

LENSAPANGANDARAN – Tinggalkan pekerjaan sebagai perangkat Desa, pria berusia 35 tahun di Pangandaran, mendirikan Studio Spotlight Indonesia.

Seorang pria ini bernama Aan Suhendar  warga di Dusun Cirapuan, Desa Sindangjaya, Kecamatan Mangunjaya, Kabupaten Pangandaran.

Aan Suhendar atau biasa disapa Reza Express ini, sebelumnya sempat menjadi perangkat Desa di Desa Sindangjaya selama 6 tahun.

Namun, karena melihat potensi yang ada, Aan keluar menjadi perangkat Desa dan memilih untuk menggeluti bisnis di dunia musik.

“Ya, pada intinya, Saya melihat potensi di Kabupaten Pangandaran khususnya di wilayah priangan timur. Dan, Saya ingin mencetak artis talent,” jelasnya.

Karena, ucap Ia, saat ini banyak musisi-musisi yang mana mereka masih secara bebas membawakan lagu orang lain yang padahal mereka tidak tahu aturannya harus seperti apa.

Misalkan, jika terjadi satu artis atau musisi yang mendapatkan masalah dari hak cipta orang lain atau LMKN (Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif Nasional) terkait, mereka bisa terkena denda.

“Karena, kan membawa lagu itu selalu dikomersilkan walaupun di tempat hajatan. Ya, meskipun di acara pribadi, ketika ada gugatan artis tersebut tetap kena denda.”

“Contoh, di salah satu hajatan, ada orang yang membawakan lagu Tri suaka. Terus, izin lisensinya kan enggak ada, itu tetap tidak boleh. Karena, ada aturannya yang dinamakan hak ekonomi,” katanya.

Pertama mendirikan Studio Spotlight Indonesia, Ia mengaku sebetulnya tidak mempunyai bakat dasar.

“Saya hanya belajar otodidak kang, cuman kebetulan saya kenal dengan five munites dan artis Saka. Terus saya gaul sama mereka, belajar aturan dan terus belajar,” kata Aan.

Aan bersyukur, dengan bermodalkan kepercayaan, studio Spotlight Indonesia bisa berjalan sampai 5 bulan.

“Alhamdulillah, mulai bulan April (tahun 2022) sampai Agustus sekarang bisa berjalan. Ya, tentunya dengan modal kepercayaan,” ucapnya.
