Pasien BPJS yang sudah memiliki rujukan dari Puskesmas atau Klinik atau Praktek Dokter dapat melakukan pendaftaran pelayanan paling lambat 1 hari sebelum rencana kunjungan ke RSUD Pandega Pangandaran.

Di RSUD Pandega Pangandaran juga tersedia Pojok JKN yang berlokasi di gedung A lantai 1 samping pendaftaran yang buka setiap Senin sampai Sabtu dan siap membatu pasien atau peserta.
