LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Pangandaran belum mengalami defisit anggaran tahun 2023 sebesar Rp351 Miliar. Untuk menangani itu, pemkab harus berhutang dalam jangka waktu 10 tahun.
Peminjaman uang itu akan dilakukan setelah mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Bappenas, Kemendagri dan Kementerian Keuangan.
Namun DPRD Pangandaran memberikan siasat dan langkah strategis dalam menangani hal tersebut.
Ketua DPRD Pangandaran Asep Noordin mengatakan secara prinsip jika melakukan perubahan, terutama perubahan APBD.
“Maka harus ada langkah-langkah strategis terkait dengan penyehatan APBD, yang kita ketahui bahwa APBD kita sedang tidak sehat,” kata Asep, Rabu (20/9/2023).
Ia mengatakan pemda harus melakukan efesiensi-efesiensi kegiatan yang memang sekiranya menyehatkan APBD.
“Selain itu mengurangi beban yang telah disampaikan bupati baik terhadap lembaga, masyarakat ya tentu hari ini kami di fraksi-fraksi DPRD sepakat untuk melaksanakan efesiensi, efesiensi kita itu hampir Rp 4 Miliar,” ucapnya.
Kendati demikian, kata Asep, untuk efisiensi maka sejumlah agenda DPRD pula ada hal yang tidak terlaksana.
“Seperti halnya kegiatan kunjungan kerja, untuk pembahasan-pembahasan Raperda, APBD, kita lakukan efisiensi disana,” katanya.
Ia mengatakan ada beberapa kegiatan dan program belanja yang memang tidak jadi prioritas.
“Kami berharap pemerintah daerah melakukan hal yang sama, saya yakin pemerintah daerah melakukan efisiensi di setiap SKPD nyah, tentu kedepan agar tidak terlalu berat,” ucapnya.
Menurut dia, Ihwal defisit anggaran Rp351 Miliar nanti pada tahapannya pembahasan tentang pinjaman daerah.
“Kemarin dalam KUA PPAS 2024 kita ada skema itu, yang tentu baru mengusulkan rekomendasi dari Kemenkeu, Kemendagri, dan Bappenas. Nanti apakah skema yang diusulkan didalam RAPD 2024 apakah nanti akan direkomendasi oleh pemerintah pusat atau tidak,” katanya.
