LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Kepala stasiun Kereta Api Kota Banjar Jawa Barat, Herry Susanto membenarkan Kereta Api (KA) Pangandaran akan aktif kembali pada (24/1/2024).
“Sebagai tindak lanjut dari permintaan warga masyarakat Banjar dan Pemprov Jawa Barat. Nanti (24/1) KAI menjalankan lagi KA Pangandaran” Kata Herry saat di konfirmasi di ruang kerjanya Selasa, (23/1/2024).
Dia mengatakan, Kereta Api Pangandaran pemberangkatanya dari Banjar dengan tujuan ke Gambir Jakarta.
“Waktu tempuhnya kurang lebih 8 jam. Pemberangkatan dari Banjar Pukul 16:55 – 00:49”, Ucapnya.
Ia menjelaskan, Kereta api tersebut Kereta lama yang dinonaktifakn akibat dampak Covid-19 dan sekarang akan di aktifkan kembali.
Namun, Kereta tersebut bukan kereta trayek ke Pangandaran. Akan tetapi hanya namanya saja kereta Pangandaran.
Meski begitu, dengan di aktifkan kembali kereta Pangandaran, Dia menklaim, akan mempermudah perjalanan berlibur ke Pangandaran.
“Kalau mau traveling kesana (Pangandaran), yang tadinya alternatifnya ke Tasik sekarang bisa dari Banjar” ungkapnya.
Sebelumnya dikabaran, Kereta Api Indonesia resmi mengoperasikan kereta rute baru Kelas Eksekutif & Ekonomi Premium mulai 24 Januari 2024.
Rute yang dimaksud rute Pangandaran dan Papandayan Garut Jawa Barat.
