Dengan temanya yaitu, Cegah Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK)” bersama dr. Fajar Martadiputra Dokter Umum RSUD Pandega Pangandaran sebagai narasumber.
Ngobatan dilaksanakan di ruang tunggu poliklinik lantai 3 Gedung A RSUD Pandega Pangandaran dan disiarkan pula secara live melalui Instagram resmi milik RSUD Pandega Pangandaran.
Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK) adalah penyakit akibat adanya organisme asing ataupun patogen seperti bakteri yang masuk dan tumbuh ke dalam saluran kemih.
Termasuk, didalamnya adalah ginjal, ureter, kandung kemih dan urethra.
Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK) banyak terjadi pada bayi laki-laki baru lahir, anak perempuan remaja hingga wanita dewasa.
Berdasarkan penelitian WHO (World Health Organization) penyebab terjadinya Infeksi Saluran Kemih ini bisa karena adanya bakteri Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Group B Streptococcus, Enterococcus spp.
Faktor risiko terjadinya Infeksi Saluran Kemih di antaranya:
1. Jenis kelamin dimana anak perempuan dan wanita beresiko lebih tinggi
2. Kelainan saluran kemih sejak lahir
3. Pasca operasi saluran kemih
4. Penggunaan kateter urin jangka panjang
5. Cedera persarafan saluran kemih
6. Penyumbatan saluran kemih
7. Penurunan daya tahan tubuh
8. Menopause
Beberapa komplikasi akibat Infeksi Saluran kemih dapat terjadi di antaranya:
1. Gangguan ginjal akut
2. Urosepsis
3. Nekrosis papilla ginjal (infeksi ginjal pada pasien diabetes)
4. Terbentuknya batu saluran kemih
5. Supurasi atau pembentukan abses pada prostat atau testis
Pemeriksaan yang dapat dilakukan jika terdiagnosa Infeksi Saluran Kemih, yaitu:
1. Pemeriksaan urin
2. Pemeriksaan lab darah
3. USG
Pengobatan pada Infeksi Saluran Kemih digolongkan berdasarkan gejalanya. Jika gejala ringan maka dapat dilakukan pengobatan rawat jalan dengan diberikan obat tertentu sesuai resep dokter.
Namun, jika gejala sedang hingga berat maka harus dilakukan pengobatan rawat inap, dan jika infeksi saluran kemih berat maka harus dilakukan tindakan pembedahan.
Pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan agar terhindar dari Infeksi Saluran Kemih yaitu:
1. Bersuci setelah buang air kecil atau buang air besar dengan cara yang benar
2. Menghindari menahan buang air kecil
3. Memperbanyak minum air putih
4. Mengurangi konsumsi minuman bersoda
5. Menghindari pemakaian produk kewanitaan yang berpotensi menyebabkan iritasi
