Pajak Hiburan di Pangandaran Naik Jadi 40 Persen

LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Kepala Bapenda Kabupaten Pangandaran, Dadang Solihat mengatakan, sesuai undang-undang yang ada, kini pajak hiburan di Pangandaran naik 40 persen dari sebelumnya 20 persen.

“Sebelumnya, kan 20 persen. Tapi, sekarang naik jadi 40 persen. Pajak hiburan kan dilihat dari sisi pengendaliannya,” jelasnya di kantor Bapend Pangandaran, Rabu (10/1/2024).

Hiburan di Kabupaten Pangandaran, itu tentu banyak macam dan di antaranya ada yang terkena kenaikan pajak hiburan.

“Kan, hiburan di Pangandaran ada club, karaoke dan ada Spa. Nah, hiburan semacam itu naik. Kalau lain-lain mah yang sifatnya edukasi itu tidak naik,” paparnya.

Setelah pajak hiburan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 40 persen, pendapatan dari pajak hiburan pada tahun 2023 saja mengalami kenaikan Rp 1,2 miliar dari sebelumnya hanya Rp 300 juta.

“Ya, memang kenaikannya sangat luar biasa,” kata Dadang.

Meskipun pajak hiburan naik, tempat hiburan di kawasan objek wisata di Pangandaran tiap tahun terus bertambah.

“Alhamdulillah, bertambah. Seperti, sekarang ada wisata edukasi aquarium Indonesia,” ungkapnya.

Namun, pajak hiburan tersebut tidak berlaku untuk restoran yang menyediakan tempat hiburan seperti live music dan sejenisnya.

“Itu, tetap masuk pajak restoran. Karena, hiburan itu fasilitas di sana (tempat restoran). Di hotel – hotel juga ada fasilitas seperti live music atau karoke,” jelasnya.

Kini, Bapenda Kabupaten Pangandaran tengah melakukan optimalisasi pajak daerah melalui ekstensifikasi dan intensifikasi.

“Ekstensifikasi itu mendata wajib pajak yang belum masuk atau yang belum punya NPWP D. Jadi, yang tadinya belum terkena pajak menjadi kena pajak. Sedangkan, intensifikasi yaitu mengoptimalkan yang sudah ada,” paparnya. (*)
