Lensapangandaran.com – Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Sindangwangi Kecamatan Padaherang Pangandaran Jawa Barat semakin meningkat.
Hal itu di ungkapkan Rizal Qudrotulloh A, S.KM Penanggung Jawab Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat (PJ UKM). Ia menyebut, kepercayaan masyarakat semakin meningkat semenjak bangunan baru dan perbaikan proses di manajemen.
“Di awal tahun 2022 bangunan puskesmas kan baru. Kita memperbaiki semua kaitan manajemen pelayanan, baik itu didalam Upaya Kesehatan Perseorangan (UKP) maupun di external atau Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat (UKM)” ucapnya saat di wawancarai diruang kerjanya Selasa, (7/11/2023).
Ia menuturkan, pelayanan di UKM, pihaknya lebih menyerap keinginan, masukan, kritikan dan saran dari masyarakat agar puskesmas sindangwangi jauh lebih baik.
“Setiap masukan yang diberikan dari masyarakat, baik itu dipelayanan internal maupun eksternal langsung kita tindaklanjuti dan kita bahas di masing-masing Penanggung jawab” katanya.
Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat juga tidak luput dari peran pemerintah daerah (pemda) pangandaran yang langsung merespon keinginan dari masyarakat.
“kalau dulu kan, pelayananya kurang bangunannya juga kurang. Tapi, Alhamdulilah itikad baik dari pemda tentunya bupati pangandaran menginisiasi membangun bangunan baru dengan fasilitas baru dan pelayanan SDM jauh lebih baik dari sebelumnya” paparnya.
Kata Rizal, Untuk saat ini yang menjadi keinginan masyarakat yaitu puskesmas sindangwangi menyediakan rawat inap.
“Banyak masyarakat yang meminta puskesmas sindangwangi ada rawat inap. Tapi, itu kan bukan kewenangan kita. Tapi mudah-mudahan itu bisa menjadi masukan ke pemerintah daerah” ucapnya.
Muspiroh (70), pasien warga desa Karangsari mengaku jauh lebih nyaman dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas di Puskesmas tersebut.
“Selain lingkunganya bersih, Petugas kesehatanya ramah, di Puskesmas Sindangwangi ada lokasi buat main anak. Jadi engga ribet kalau bawa anak kecil” ucapnya.
Ia menambahkan, “tidak dipersulit juga ketika berobat kesini (puskesmas sindangwangi) bila memakai Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) kertawaluya” tambahnya.
Untuk informasi, puskesmas sindangwangi mendapatkan predikat sebagai puskesmas non rawat inap pertama dengan peringkat akreditasi paripurna.
Puskesmas tersebut melayani 5 desa di Kabupaten Pangandaran yang meliputi Desa Sindangwangi, Desa Ciganjeng, Desa Karangsari, Desa Bojongsari dan Desa Sukanagara dengan jumlah masyarakat kurang lebih 28 ribu. (art)
