Waduh, APK Berjejer di Pangandaran

LENSAPangandaran.com – Alat Peraga Kampanye (APK) dari beberapa partai politik (parpol) bertebaran di beberapa wilayah. Salah satunya di jalan desa paledah kecamatan Padaherang Kabupaten Pangandaran Jawa Barat.

Baliho tersebut tepatnya di samping kantor desa Paledah atau di depan Masjid Al-Hidayah Paledah.

Dilokasi tersebut tampak baliho berukuran besar dari para caleg DPRD Pangandaran, DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat serta calon presiden berjejer di pinggir jalan.

Padahal, menurut ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) pangandaran Muhtadin, tahapan kampanye baru akan dimulai pada tanggal 28 November 2023 sampai dengan tanggal 10 Februari 2024.

Dia juga menegaskan, masa kampanye Pemilu 2024 dimulai 25 hari setelah penetapan Daftar Calon Tetap (DCT).

Menurutnya, ada beberapa ketentuan yang harus diperhatikan peserta Pemilu 2014 dalam masa tahapan kampanye.

“Seluruh peserta Pemilu atau para Caleg wajib mematuhi ketentuan kampanye yang ada di dalam PKPU nomor 20 tahun 2023” katanya.

Kendati demikian, Ketua Panitia Pengawas Pemilu (Panwaslu) Padaherang, Dudung Nurholis menyebut tidak bisa mengwas hal tersebut.

“Kita hanya mengimpentarisir tidak bisa mengeksekusi” ujarnya saat di konfirmasi melalui telepon Sabtu, (4/11/2023).

Sebelumnya, dirinya mengklaim telah mengundang semua ketua parpol ditingkat kecamatan padaherang. Dia juga mengaku telah memberikan himbauan terkait tentang pemasangan APK.

Bahkan, dirinya juga sudah menghimbau bacaleg dan ketua parpolnya dengan cara menghubungi secara langsung melalui sambungan telepon.

“Untuk supaya ditertibkan di masing-masing bacaleg ataupun partai politiknya” katanya.

Menurutnya, ranah untuk mengeksekusi atau penertiban APK dan APS adanya di satpol PP. “kita hanya bisa merekomendasikan saja” ucapnya.

Hingga berita ini di tayangkan belum ada tanggapan dari pihak sapol PP pangandaran. (art)
