LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Tiga pekerja proyek di Pangandaran meninggal dunia tertimbun material longsoran Tembok Penahan Tebing (TPT), sebelumnya tidak ada waktu untuk menghindar.
Diketahui, peristiwa ini terjadi di Dusun Tanjungsari RT 03/08 Desa Ciliang, Kecamatan Parigi, Kabupaten Pangandaran, Senin (18/9/2023) sekitar pukul 09.50 WIB.
Kepala Desa Ciliang, Su’id mengatakan, awalnya tiga pekerja itu sedang menggali tanah tambahan pondasi TPT.
Namun, mereka menggali tanah dengan posisi tembok yang sudah jadi. Sehingga, TPT tersebut menggantung.
“Pekerjaan kan dimulai jam 8 pagi, tapi beberapa waktu kemudian tembok itu roboh dan menimpa tiga pekerja yang sedang menggali tanah,” katanya di lokasi TKP, Senin (18/9/2023).
Digalihnya tanah itu, karena kondisi pondasi yang kurang dalam dan pekerjaan seperti itu tentu kurang baik.
“Seharusnya, ukuran galian itu sudah jadi sebelum tembok dibangun. Tapi, malah dibuat lagi galian karena mungkin kurang dalam,” paparnya.
Sementara, dalam digalinya itu ada sekitar 1 meter. Tentu, tembok yang sudah jadi itu menggantung dan saat melakukan penggalian tiba-tiba roboh.
“Ya, ketiganya tidak ada waktu lagi untuk menghindar karena tembok itu berat jadi sekaligus roboh dan langsung menimpa korban,” jelasnya. (*)
