Saat ini media sosial yang telah difungsikan oleh RSUD Pandega yaitu berupa Instagram, Facebook, Youtube dan juga Tiktok.
Masyarakat dapat mengakses media sosial tersebut untuk mendapatkan informasi terkini mengenai pelayanan yang diinginkan di RSUD Pandega Pangandaran.
Direktur RSUD pandega Pangandaran, Dr. dr. Hj. Titi Sutiamah, M.M mengatakan sosial media official RSUD Pandega ini memang sengaja dibuat dan bertujuan untuk mendekatkan diri juga mengenalkan berbagai pelayanan pada masyarakat.
“Memang, tujuannya untuk memberikan informasi, mendekatkan dan mengenalkan pelayanan yang ada di rumah sakit ini pada masyarakat,” paparnya.
Sehingga, nantinya masyarakat terbantu ketika ingin mendapatkan informasi mengenai pelayanan yang mereka butuhkan.
Konten-konten yang disampaikan dalam sosial media resmi milik RSUD ini juga berisi akan konten edukatif dan informatif terkini/ up to date mengenai pelayanan dan kesehatan.
“Tentu, kita tetap harus bijak dalam melakukan share berita, dapatkan informasi dari sumber- sumber resmi. Semua informasi mengenai RSUD, kami sampaikan pada sosial media resmimilik rumah sakit,” jelasnya.
Titi menegaskan mengenai langkah antisipasi potensi munculnya informasi hoax mengenai RSUD dimana sosial media resmi milik RSUD ini dikelola dengan transparansi sebagai patokan utamanya.
Sosial media milik RSUD juga aktif dan selalu update setiap harinya dan semua informasi resmi mengenai rumah sakit disampaikan di sana.
“Diharapkan, semua masyarakat bisa lebih dekat dan mengenal layanan yang ada di RSUD Pandega Pangandaran,” kata Titi.
Selain itu RSUD miliki call center yang aktif selama jam kerja (0265) 7503044 dan nomor Emergency IGD (0265) 7503045 yang aktif selama 24 jam bila ada masyarakat yang dalam keadaan gawat darurat membutuhkan pelayanan medis segera.
