LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – RSUD Pandega Pangandaran menggelar kegiatan senam sehat pegawai pada sabtu (11/02/23).

Senam sehat pegawai ini dibuka oleh Dr. dr. Hj Titi Sutiamah, M.M selaku Direktur RSUD Pandega Pangandaran.
Senam sehat pegawai yang digelar di RSUD Pandega ini tampak diikuti dengan antusias oleh para pegawai yang tidak sedang memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Titi mengapresiasi dengan kegiatan senam sehat ini. Titi berharap, hal ini dapat terus dilaksanakan guna menunju pegawai yang sehat.
“Sehingga, produktivitas kerja pun meningkat. Kegiatan senam sehat ini dilaksanakan sebagai salah satu kampanye GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) mengenai aktivitas fisik di RSUD Pandega Pangandaran,” kata Titi.
“Dengan senam, kan toksin dalam tubuh bisa keluar melalui keringat, organ yang ada dalam tubuh juga akan bekerja menjadi maksimal,” tambahnya.
Titi berharap dengan momentum ini, pegawai RSUD Pandega dapat termotivasi untuk senantiasa melakukan aktivitas fisik sehingga kesehatannya terjaga.
