LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Kabupaten Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, kini memiliki objek wisata eco green turism yang berada di Green Canyon.
Bupati Pangandaran, Jeje Wiradinata mengatakan, luas objek wisata Green Canyon ini kawasannya cukup kecil.
Jeje khawatir jika Green Canyon tidak diperhatikan dari sisi daya dukung alamnya.
“Kalau pakai BBM terus menerus, tentu lama kelamaan alam mereduksinya juga terbatas,” ungkap Jeje kepada sejumlah wartawan di Pantai Barat Pangandaran, Senin (11/12/2023).
Untuk itu, pihaknya menggandeng PLN yang memilik program eco green tourism yang Rama lingkungan tentunya akan luar biasa.
“Keterbatasan alam yang dimiliki oleh Green Canyon, tentu akan semakin panjang. Jadi, kita menerima baik (program eco green turism) dan sangat setuju.”
“Green Canyon kan, airnya lebih tenang. Jadi, akan sangat cukup menggunakan perahu wisata bermesin listrik,” jelasnya.
GM PLN Jabar Susiana Mutia mengatakan, kini Pemda Pangandaran menyetujui kerjasama terkait set up Green Canyon menjadi eco green tourism.
“Tujuan net zero emisi tahun 2060. Tentu, salah satunya upaya PLN di jabar memastikan parwisata net zero emisi,” tegasnya.
Selain itu, objek wisata Pangandaran bisa naik kelas dengan melalui penggunaan mesin listrik untuk perahu di Green Canyon.
“Jadi, perahu motor menjadi perahu dengan mesin listrik,” paparnya.
Sementara, perahu wisata di Green Canyon yang sudah mendapatkan mesin listrik yaitu sebanyak 80 unit.
“Tapi, saat ini tahap pertama baru 40 unit. Untuk SPKLU, baterai charger, SPBKLU sudah terpasang,” kata Susiana.
Nanti, kondisi wisata di Green Canyon khususnya akan ramah lingkungan dan tentu penggunaan baterai lebih irit dibandingkan dengan menggunakan BBM. “Itu, komparasinya 1 berbanding 5,” jelasnya. (*)
