Personil Polres Pangandaran Arisbaya S.H. (Wakapolres Pangandaran) yang korps raport kenaikan pangkat pengabdian dari KOMPOL ke AKBP.
Kapolres Pangandaran AKBP Imara Utama Dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, bahwa kenaikan pangkat perwira pengabdian ini bukanlah merupakan hadiah atau hak dari setiap Personil Polri yang diterima otomatis.
Melainkan didapat secara Reward berupa kenaikan pangkat pemberian setingkat lebih tinggi dari institusi Polri kepada personil Polri atas pengabdian dan jasa-jasanya dalam melaksanakan tugas secara terus menerus tanpa cacat dan tercela.
“Tentu pencapaian ini tidak mudah, karena selama berdinas, Bapak tidak melakukan pelanggaran dalam melaksanakan tugas.” Ucapnya
Kapolres juga memberi dorongan semangat dan motivasi kepada anggota yang mendapat kenaikan pangkat pengabdian.
