LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Pemerintah kabuapaten Pangandaran dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Pangandaran menyepakati Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Propemperda) Tahun 2024.
Kesepakatan itu melalui rapat bersama yang digelar di Ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran. Jum’at (24/11/2023)
Rapat tersebut dilaksanakan atas adanya kesepakatan Pemda dan DPRD Pangandaran terkait Propemperda Tahun 2024 yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) buah Raperda usulan Pemda dan 4 (empat) buah Raperda inisiatif DPRD.
Wakil Bupati Pangandaran, Ujang Endin Indrawan mengatakan, dasar pemikiran dan pertimbangan diusulkannya 2 (dua) buah Raperda inisiatif pemerintah daerah yaitu sebagai berikut.
1. Raperda Tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah Tahun 2025-2045.
Menurutnya, Rancangan Perda ini mempunyai urgensi penting karena akan menjadi pedoman pemerintah daerah dalam melaksanakan berbagai agenda pembangunan.
“Diantaranya untuk peningkatan dan pemerataan pendapatan masyarakat, kesempatan kerja, lapangan usaha, meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pelayanan publik, serta meningkatkan daya saing daerah” ungkap Wabup.
2. Raperda Tentang Perubahan Atas Perda Nomor 25 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penanaman Modal.
Kemudian, Raperda ini disusun sebagai upaya menyelaraskan dan menyinkronkan substansi Perda Nomor 25 Tahun 2016 dengan Ketentuan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan yang lebih baru.
“Beberapa substansi dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanaman Modal sudah diganti dengan Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja” katanya.
Selanjutnya, mengenai 4 (empat) buah Raperda inisiatif DPRD, pada prinsipmya pemerintah daerah menyetujui untuk dijadikan payung hukum dalam urusan pemerintahan.
“Terhadap 4 buah Raperda inisiatif DPRD, pada prinsipnya kami mendukung dan mengapresiasi inisiatif tersebut untuk dijadikan sebagai payung hukum dalam pelaksanaan urusan pemerintahan yang menjadi kewenangan pemerintah daerah” pungkasnya.
Kesepakatan ini ditandai dengan ditandatanganinya Nota Kesepakatan bersama antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Pangandaran dengan DPRD Kabupaten Pangandaran. (art).
