LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Asisten Perhutani/KBKPH, Dadi Santosa mengatakan perusakan hutan dengan cara penebangan pohon jati di Desa Cikalong Kecamatan Sidamulih Kabupaten Pangandaran adalah kawasan hutan negara yang dikelola oleh Perhutani KPH Ciamis.
Ditemukan adanya penebangan pohon jati yang diduga dilakukan secara ilegal ini terjadi pada Jum’at 20 Oktober 2023.
“Kami menemukan para penebang di kawasan perhutani saat patroli setelah sebelumnya mendapat kabar dari salah satu masyarakat yang menginformasikan akan ada penebangan pohon di lokasi yang diklaim oleh pihak ahli waris, lalu koordinasi dengan pihak kepolisian di Polsek Sidamulih,” kata Dadi kepada sejumlah wartawan di sekitar TWA Pangandaran, Sabtu (28/10/2023).
Menurutnya, ketujuh penebang itu bukan warga lokal melainkan berasal dari Kabupaten Bandung Barat (KBB).
“Saat kami temukan di lokasi, kelompok penebang itu sedang beristirahat. Lalu setelah itu mereka diamankan polisi di Polres Pangandaran,” jelasnya.
Ada sebanyak 16 pohon jati yang ditebang itu merupakan hutan produksi yang berada di petak 19.a RPH Cisaladah, BKPH Pangandaran.
Menurutnya, tujuh pekerja asal Cipeundeuy KBB itu dibawa oleh berinisial AC yang diduga sebagai salah satu pengusaha kayu.
Perusakan hutan dengan penebangan kayu tersebut karena adanya klaim hak atas tanah perhutani yang sebelumnya ada somasi melalui kuasa Biro Hukum satu organisasi masyarakat terkait lahan perhutani tersebut.
“Dan proses jawaban atas somasinya itu sedang disiapkan oleh Bagian Hukum Kantor Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten,” tegasnya.
Mereka mengklaim, sekitar kurang lebih 83 hektar lahan perhutani itu milik salah satu ahli waris berinisial HF asal Bandung.
Namun luas tanah yang diklaim itu setara dengan luas tanah perhutani sesuai SK menteri LHK Nomor: SK.323/MENLHK-PSKL/PKPS/PSL.0/1/2018.
Yakni, tentang Pengakuan dan Perlindungan Kemitraan Kehutanan (Kulin KK) antara Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH) Wana Mukti dengan Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (KPH) Ciamis seluas k.l 84,10 Ha pada Kawasan Hutan Produksi Tetap (HP) di Desa Cikalong Kecamatan Sidamulih Kabupaten Pangandaran Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Sementara, penebangan pohon jati ini berawal dari klaim hak atas tanah milik salah satu ahli waris asal Bandung.
