LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Satu warga Bandung Jawa Barat bernama Billy Hafiddin mengaku merasa dirugikan setelah menggunakan jasa Maxim.
Maxim adalah sebuah perusahaan teknologi internasional yang menawarkan layanan transportasi daring dan menawarkan layanan tambahan seperti pesan-antar makanan dan barang, kargo dan lainnya.
KRONOLOGIS Kejadian bermula pertanggal 30 Agustus 2023 pada jam 12.10 WIB Billy menggunakan jasa delivery Maxim dari hotel menginap Billy di Le Semar Serang menuju (pengiriman) ke terminal Pakupatan Serang.
Billy mengirimkan berkas pekerjaan, STNK mobil dan sebuah Tab Merk Xiomi didalam sebuah tas kecil.
Setelah 1 jam lebih ( jam 13.30), karena barang kirimannya tidak sampai kepada temannya yang berada di terminal Pakupatan (guna dalam pekerjaan komisioning genset) maka temannya kembali ke hotel.
Karena merasa ada yang tidak beres (dugaan) dan segera menuju kantor Polisi (POLRES) kota serang untuk membuat laporan kehilangan atau tindak pencurian.
Pada sekitar jam 16.00, dibuatlah BAP atas kejadian tersebut di Polres Serang Kota.
Dari pihak kepolisian membuatkan laporan kehilangan dan salah satu personil Polisi bahkan berangkat dan mencoba menuju kantor Maxim di serang guna mengcroscek akun driver Maxim tersebut.
“Salah satu polisi berniat mengadakan mediasi antara saya dan pihak Maxim terkait kejadian ini,” kata Billy melalui uraian kronologis kejadian yang diterima wartawan, Minggu (3/9/2023).
Tapi, setelah personel Polisi tersebut kembali ke Polres Serang Kota, diinformasikan bahwa kepala cabang Maxim serang sedang diluar kota.
Dan Polisi telah membawa berkas data driver maxim tersebut (Data SIM, KTP dan Foto Profil driver maxim) dengan cap /legalisasi (Teknologi Perdana – Indonesia – Serang).
Polisi tersebut menyampaikan, bahwa pihak Maxim hanya bisa memblokir akun driver tersebut dan mencoba memediasi jika driver tersebut dapat ditemukan.
“Kami pun di Polres hanya membuat laporan kehilangan untuk STNK ( guna kebutuhan perjalanan pulang dan membuat pergantian STNK hilang),” ungkapnya.
Jika pihaknya ingin memperpanjang masalah tersebut, disarankan menuju Polsek guna membuat laporan tindak pencurian oleh driver maxim tersebut (tindak pidana murni/pencurian).
“Dan kami pun disarankan mengunjungi kantor Maxim serang guna menanyakan tindak lanjut pihak Maxim Serang terkait hal ini,” kata Billy.
Karena Billy selesai laporan dan berada di Polres Serang kota sampai jam 18.30 WIB maka akan mendatangi kantor Maxim serang di esok hari pada 31 Agustus 2023.
Pada jam 10.00 tanggal 31 Agustus 2023, Ia pun menuju kantor Maxim dan dilayani oleh admin dikantor Maxim.
“Saya pun menanyakan tindak lanjut pihak Maxim terkait hal yang saya alami kemarin. Tapi, admin ini menjawab bahwa itu menunggu kepala cabang kantor maxim serang kembali dari bali di minggu depan,” paparnya.
Billy pun mempertanyakan sistem maxim seperti apa? Bagaimana jika terjadi seperti hal ini? Dan dijawab oleh admin tersebut, bahwa pihak Maxim hanya bisa memblokir akun tersebut.
“Terkait asuransi barang kiriman atau apapun itu tentang keamanan pelanggan tidak bisa apa-apa dengan dalih bahwa maxim di indonesia seluruhnya cabang dan pusatnya ada di RUSIA,” jelasnya.
Jadi sebatas laporan, blokir akun dan menunggu feedback dari kantor pusat rusia.
“Ini yang membuat saya sangat kecewa kepada perusahaan besar ini. Mengapa tidak melindungi konsumen meraka dengan dalih DRIVER adalah mitra dan Maxim disini adalah kantor cabang yang tidak bisa menentukan atau menangani hal tersebut,” ungkap Billy.
Perusahaan yang menjual jasa kepada konsumen tapi Ia sebagai konsumen tidak dilindungi dari hal-hal seperti ini.
“Mohon, pihak Maxim agar membenahi sistem kemanan dan melindungi juga kami para konsumen dari oknum-oknum “MITRA ANDA (MAXIM)”. Saya menunggu informasi Maxim terkait hal yang merugikan saya secara materil dan imateril yang disebabkan oleh mitra anda,” tegasnya.
