LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Pangandaran menargetkan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBBP2) sebesar Rp 21.408.000.000. Target tersebut sampai 30 september 2023.
Hingga kamis sore (26/10) lalu tercatat di Bapenda sebesar Rp 13.155.260.135. Artinya, PBBP2 Kabupaten Pangandaran baru mencapai 61,45 persen.
Kabid PBBP2, Lina mengatakan, batas waktu pembayaran pajak diperpanjang hingga 30 Desember 2023 mendatang.
“seharusnya, sesuai di SPPT 30 September batas waktu pembayaran. Tapi, kan karena ada berbagai hal jadi diperpanjang lagi sampai 30 Desember” kata Lina saat di wawancarai Jum’at, (27/10/2023) di kantor Bapenda.
Ia menuturkan, Dari 10 Kecamatan atau 93 Desa di Kabupaten Pangandaran, per tanggal 26 Oktober 2023 Peringkat pertama ditempati Kecamatan Cimerak.
Untuk peringkat kedua kecamatan Cijulang, Kalipucang, Padaherang, Parigi, Pangandaran, Cigugur, Langkaplancar, Mangunjaya dan peringkat terendah terahir Kecamatan Sidamulih.
“Dari 93 desa di Kabupaten Pangandaran desa terendah (pembayaran PBBP2) yaitu desa Pamotan dan kedua terahir Desa Sindangjaya” katanya.
Kendati demikian, dirinya mengaku selalu intens berkomunikasi dengan pihak kecamatan, karena pihak desa dibinanya oleh pihak kecamatan.
“Sampai rutin saya berkomunikasi dengan pihak kasipemnya, harus di push desa nya lagi, dan Alhamdulillah setiap harinya ada progres meskipun sedikit” ungkapnya.
Selain itu, kata Lina, setiap hari tim dari Bapenda sering mendatangi langsung ke lapangan sesuai arahan pimpinan.(art)
