Dalam acara Milangkala tersebut, alumni juga melaksanakan santunan terhadap 57 pelajar kurang mampu di SMP Negeri 2 Padaherang.
Ketua panitia pelaksana, Iwa Kartiwa bersyukur, karena tahun ini jajaran alumni bisa melaksanakan Milangkala himpunan alumni SMP Negeri 2 Padaherang.
Selain itu, jajaran alumni juga bisa menyelenggarakan santunan kepada adik-adik kurang mampu yang masih bersekolah.
“Kami, mengucapkan terimakasih atas sumbangsih donatur, tenaga dan pikiran kepada rekan-rekan alumni,” ujar Iwa dalam sambutannya, Sabtu (19/8/2023) pagi.
Selain itu, pihaknya ucapkan terimakasih kepada pihak SMP Negeri 2 Padaherang yang telah memberikan waktu dan tempatnya untuk melaksanakan acara Milangkala.
Iwa mewakili panitia lainnya meminta maaf jika ada kekurangan dalam pelaksanaan acara Milangkala ke 5 tahun.
