LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Bentuk sujud syukur, ribuan orang di Pangandaran menggelar karnaval atau yang biasa disebut hajat laut di Pantai Batu Hiu, Jum’at (28/7/2023).
Dalam pergelaran karnaval, terlihat ribuan orang memadati tempat parkiran dan jalan di objek wisata pantai Batu Hiu.
Selain itu, sejumlah warga ada yang membawa dondang hias, tumpeng hias dan menggunakan pakaian unik seperti bambarongan atau bebegig.
Ketua Pokdarwis Pantai Batu Hiu, Jajat Sudrajat mengatakan, ini adalah agenda tahunan yang biasa dilaksanakan di tempat wisata pantai Batu Hiu.
“Ini acara ruat jagat silasamparan atau Batu Hiu kultur festival. Dan merupakan bentuk rasa sujud syukur masyarakat khususnya yang ada di wisata pantai Batu Hiu,” katanya pantai Batu Hiu.
Rasa sujud syukur ini, tentu selalu dilaksanakan setiap setahun sekali dengan sekaligus berdoa bersama.
“Karena, seperti kita ketahui bahwa masyarakat yang ada di Batu Hiu khususnya menyandarkan hidup untuk memberikan makan dan minum untuk keluarganya dari hasil wisata Batu Hiu,” paparnya.
Selain itu, acara Batu Hiu kultur festival ini juga sebagai bentuk promosi tempat wisata Batu Hiu yang ada di Kabupaten Pangandaran.
Sementara, untuk rangkaian acara kultur festival Batu Hiu ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari mulai dari tanggal 28, 29, 30 Juli 2023.
Untuk di tanggal 28 Juli ini, acara budaya yang dilaksanakan yaitu karnaval budaya atau iring-iringan masyarakat Desa Ciliang dari mulai pantai timur Batu Hiu sampai pantai barat Batu Hiu.
“Kebetulan, kita juga kedatangan teman-teman budayawan dari luar Pangandaran dengan membawa hiasan seperti bebegig, celeng-celengan yang itu merupakan salah satu daya tarik wisata,” ungkapnya.
Jadi, bukan hanya wisata lokal tapi wisatawan mancanegara pun bisa tertarik dengan acara kultur festival Batu Hiu.
Kemudian dengan adanya festival ini, diharapkan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Ciliang seperti yang ada di pegunungan maupun di pesisir pantai Batu Hiu bisa lebih akrab dan persaudaraannya lebih dekat lagi.
“Terus, setelah selesainya acara ini, mudah mudahan kedepan kunjungan wisata ke pantai Batu Hiu lebih meningkat lagi,” kata Jajat. (*)
