LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Bulan ramadan, bulan yang penuh hikmah dan barokah. Karena, tidak sedikit orang yang sengaja mengais rezeki di bulan ramadan.
Mulai dari mengolah buah kolang kaling dan menjual berbagai menu makanan takjil untuk berbuka puasa.
Selain itu, ada juga yang membuat beraneka macam kue untuk hidangkan di momen bulan ramadan.
Seperti yang dilakukan Diana Mardiana (28) satu warga di Dusun Kawarasan, Desa Sindangwangi, Kecamatan Padaherang, Kabupaten Pangandaran.
Setiap hari, Diana menghabiskan waktunya untuk memproduksi berbagai macam kue, mulai dari kue basah sampai kue kering.
Bukan hanya siang hari, perempuan yang memiliki dua anak kembar ini sering membuat kue pesanan hingga larut malam.
Diana mengaku, sampai hari Minggu (26/3/2023) ini suda menerima pesanan kue kering sebanyak 300 toples. Dan ini, belum termasuk pesanan baru.
“Dan itu, ukurannya macem-macem, ada toples yang besar dan ada yang kecil.
Seminggu sebelum puasa, saya sudah buka pesanan dan nanti tutup di H – 3,” jelas Diana disela sela aktivitasnya, Selasa (28/3/2023)
Untuk membuat kue kering, dalam sehari semalam Ia bisa mendapatkan kue kering sebanyak 30 toples berukuran kecil.
Ada beberapa kue kering yang diproduksi di antaranya, kue nastar, putri salju, kastangel, sagu keju, semprit susu, coklat mede, kacang mede, agar kering dan lainnya.
“Kalau harganya itu variatif, tergantung jenis dan beratnya. Seperti kue nastar, satu toples kecilnya Rp 20 ribu sedangkan toples ukuran besar Rp 40 ribu,” katanya.
Meskipun menguras waktu dan kesabaran, Ia bersyukur di bulan ramadan ini hasil produksinya ramai diminati konsumen.
“Ya, alhamdulilah, bulan puasa menjadi bulan yang penuh barokah, rezeki selalu ngalir. Sama seperti bulan puasa di tahun sebelumnya, karena banyak pesanan kue,” ucap Diana.
Selain kue kering, Ia jug memproduksi berbagai macam kue basah seperti kue brownies, bolu gulung, bolu panggang, bolu santan, kue ulang tahun dan berbagai jenis kue lainnya.
Kalau harga, tergantung ukuran dan model. Harga, mulai dari Rp 15 ribu sampai Rp 500 ribu per kuenya.
“Alhamdulillah, selain keu kering, banyak yang pesan kue basah. Ada yang buat buka puasa, ulang tahun dan menu buat lebaran idulfitri nanti.”
“Karena, sekarang memang sudah mulai banyak juga yang pesan kue basah,” paparnya. (*)
