LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – 25 kepala keluarga (KK) di wilayah Dusun Empangsari Desa/Kecamatan Kalipucang Kabupaten Pangandaran terdampak banjir.
Selain 25 KK, akibat banjir akses jalan dari Kalipucang menuju jalur Majingklak Desa Pamotan juga lumpuh total.
Pengurus RT 5/8 Dusun Empangsari Desa Kalipucang, Bambang (45) menyampaikan, ketika intensitas curah hujan tinggi, mulai jam 10 malam (7/10/2022), banjir sudah merendam jalan dan juga perkampungan.
“Banjir ada sekitar 1 meter lebih, sekarang paling turun sedikit. Makanya, warga di sini sementara tidak bisa beraktivitas,” paparnya.
Selain air kiriman dari perbukitan, banjir juga terjadi akibat meluapnya sungai Citanduy.
“Akses jalan juga ditutup sementara, karena kondisi banjirnya cukup tinggi,” katanya.
Kapolres Pangandaran AKBP Hidayat mengatakan, banjir ini diakibatkan tingginya curah hujan mulai kemarin (7/10/2022) sampai tadi malam (8/10/2022).
“Yang tentu, mengakibatkan banjir maupun longsor di beberapa titik di Kabupaten Pangandaran,” ungkapnya.
Sementara, banjir yang terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan Kalipucang akibat intensitas hujan sehingga debit air di sungai Citanduy juga ikut meningkat.
“Dan ini, memang langganan banjir setiap tahunnya. Kami juga sudah berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah terkait dengan penanganan dan mencari solusi untuk penanganan banjir ini,” jelasnya. (*)
