LENSAPANGANDARAN – Berawal dari hobi memasak, seorang ibu di Pangandaran sukses membuka bisnis usaha kuliner dengan menu ciri khas daging entog.
Seorang ibu ini biasa disapa Buncila (39) yang merupakan satu warga di wilayah Desa/Kecamatan Kalipucang, Kabupaten Pangandaran, Jawa barat.
Buncila memulai bisnis usaha kuliner sejak tahun 2020 atau sejak Pandemi Covid-19 melanda Indonesia.
Sebelum memulai bisnis usaha kuliner dengan membuka rumah makan, hari – hari Buncila mengisi waktu luangnya dengan memasak melayani keinginan suami dan juga anaknya.
“Kebetulan, suami saya kan masuk ke komunitas motor trail adventure dan ketika kumpul suami saya minta untuk masak daging entog,” ujarnya.
Awalnya, kata Buncila, suaminya itu meminta masakan rica – rica daging entog buatan istrinya.
“Karena kebetulan hobi masak, saat suami saya minta rica-rica entog yang enak. Saya masak rica-rica entog satu wadah wajan besar. Karena kan, banyak tamu seperti dari Majalengka, dan alhamdulilah masakan rica-rica entog saya habis semua. Padahal, masaknya banyak,” katanya.
Sebelum menjadi rumah makan tempat usaha pribadinya, tempat yang digunakan itu dahulunya rumah tua.
“Awalnya, Saya sempat bingung buat usaha. Tapi, karena dorongan suami yang katanya kalau saya hobi masak mendingan buat rumah makan yang sederhana. Barulah, saya buat secara bertahap,” ucap Ia.
Menurutnya, masakan hidangan entog terkenal di Jawa tengah yang cukup alot saat di makan.
“Mungkin terkenalnya, masakannya bau amis dan alot saat di makan. Tapi, saya mencoba mengenalkan diri hidangan entog hasil dari masakan saya.”
“Tapi alhamdulilah, setelah banyak yang mencoba termasuk pecinta kuliner, masakan saya kepakai bisa dinikmati oleh pelanggan,” ucap Buncila.
Dahulu, saat Pandemi ada yang namanya Soto entog tapi karena banyak jenis menu soto Ia memilih hanya 7 menu masakan entog.
7 menu hidangan masakan entog ini diantaranya, masakan entog goreng gondrong, entog bakar, entog goreng bumbu rica, entog rica-rica, sop entog, entog cabe hijau dan yang paling populer itu entog cabe garam.
