LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Pertama pertandingan Peparda VI Jabar, atlet bulutangkis single dan doble NPCI Kabupaten Pangandaran berhasil unggul di babak penyisihan.
Diketahui, pertandingan cabor bulutangkis ini berlangsung di Gor Wibawa Mukti, Rabu (23/11/2022).
Bulutangkis doble yang dilakukan oleh Wahyu Hidayah dan Topan Maulana atlet NPCI Kabupaten Pangandaran unggul 21 – 17 dan 21 – 10 ketika melawan Kota Tasikmalaya.
Sementara pada bulutangkis single yang dilakukan atlet Wahyu Hidayah Kabupaten Pangandaran unggul 2-0 ketika melawan Kota Tasikmalaya.
Pada bulutangkis single, di babak pertama Kabupaten Pangandaran menang dengan skor akhir 21 – 6.
Kemudian di babak kedua, Kabupaten Pangandaran menang telak dengan skor 21 – 5 atas Kota Tasikmalaya.
“Alhamdulillah, di babak penyisihan kita dari Pangandaran unggul jauh. Awal main, memang gerakan agak kaku. Tapi, kalau sudah keluar keringat pasti lancar,” ujar Wahyu saat berbincang bincang seusai pertandingan.
Pelatih bulutangkis atlet disabilitas NPCI Kabupaten Pangandaran, Agus menyampaikan kemenangan tersebut sesuai dengan target.
“Tadi itu, sebelum bertanding kita belum bisa memprediksi kehebatan lawan. Tapi, alhamdulilah kita bisa merebut kemenangan,” ucapnya.
Ia berharap, di pertandingan selanjutnya mereka bisa unggul dan memenangkan kembali pertandingan.
“Prediksi saya di pertandingan nanti, semoga bisa menang kembali dan bisa masuk ke babak selanjutnya,” ungkapnya. (*)
