LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Pantai Madasari, Desa Masawah, Kecamatan Cimerak, resmi dikelola Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Pangandaran.
Kondisi itu sesuai Keputusan Bupati Pangandaran Nomor : PW.01/Kpts. 18-Huk/2024 Tentang Penetapan Destinasi Pariwisata dan Kelas Retribusi dan Pariwisata.
Dalam Surat Keputusan tersebut menetapkan destinasi pariwisata yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Daerah terdiri atas Pantai Karapyak, Pantai Pangandaran, Pantai Batuhiu, Cukang Taneuh (Green Canyon), Pantai Batukaras dan Pantai Madasari.
Sementara Pantai Madasari masuk pariwisata kelas 2 dengan Pantai Batukaras.
Kadis Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pangandaran, Tonton Guntari mengatakan wisata Pantai Madasari sudah dikelola oleh Pemda Pangandaran berdasarkan SK Bupati.
“Untuk pengelolaan pantai Madasari sedang berproses nggak tiba-tiba, ada yang meski diberesin dulu.
“Bagaimana tenaga kerjanya, bagaimana tiketnya, bagaimana keuangannya,” paparnya, Sabtu (20/1/2024).
Dia mengatakan secara legal formal sudah dipastikan itu (Pantai Madasari) jadi bagian yang dikelola oleh Pemda.
“Tapi ingat! bukan diambil alih. Hanya pengelolaanya oleh pemda,” jelasnya.
Namun, terkait konsepnya ataupun masterplan harus dibaca.
“Soal konsep tidak bisa di awang-awang harus dilihat lagi,” cetusnya.
“Ya paling tidak mes seperti Pangandaran, jadi wisata premium, minat khusus, seperti camping ground gitu,” kata Tonton.
Meskipun Pantai Madasari tidak bisa berenang ataupun surfing tapi bisa untuk tapi camping, glamping, swafoto, botram makan bersama ataupun kuliner.
“Kalau Pantai Madasari pasti untuk pengunjung yang memiliki minat khusus, karena tidak bisa berenang,” ungkapnya. (*)
