LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Di Pangandaran ada tempat makan kuliner yang terkenal dengan berbagai macam khas sopnya.
Tempat makan ini adalah rumah makan Gozali Pangandaran yang lokasinya tidak jauh dari pintu masuk Pantai Barat Pangandaran tepatnya berada di sekitar terminal Pananjung, Pangandaran.
Apabila dilihat dari luar, rumah makan Gozali ini tak jauh seperti tempat lesehan kuliner sederhana pada umumnya.
Tapi, ternyata di tempat makan ini tersedia berbagai macam sop berbahan dasar dari sapi dan sop ayam kampung.
Di antaranya, sop dengkul, sop iga, sop daging, sop buntut, sop ayam kampung, sop ayam biasa dan sop ceker.
Selain itu, tersedia juga soto babat, soto ayam kampung, gulai daging, gulai iga, opor ayam, bakso, pindang gunung dan cah kangkung.
“Tapi yang paling terkenal, itu sop iga sama sop dengkul,” kata Mamah Kiran satu chief di rumah makan Gozali Pangandaran.
Sementara untuk racikan bumbu yang digunakan dalam memasak berbagai macam sop, Ia mengaku tidak bisa diekspose. “Karena, ada bumbu khusus rempah-rempah sendiri,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, ungkap dia, di tempat ini juga tersedia kuliner khas Pangandaran yaitu pindang gunung.
“Kalau di sini semua bahan dasarnya masih fresh, bersih dan higienis. Karena sudah melalui uji coba mulai dari dicuci, dan direbus. Terus penyajiannya, begitu direbus langsung dimasak atau diolah langsung,” paparnya.
Menurutnya, yang terkenal sudah lama yaitu sop iga karena sudah ada sejak rumah makan Gozali Pangandaran ini berdiri.
“Cuman, kalau sop dengkul dan sop buntut itu baru-baru ada 3 tahun yang lalu. Karena dulu orang sini kebanyakan pesannya sop iga terus kita coba menu baru sop dengkul dan sop buntut dan alhamdulilah banyak juga peminatnya,” kata Kiran.
Berbagai jenis minuman juga ada di tempat rumah makan Gozali Pangandaran. Seperti, jus alpukat, jus buah, lemon tea dan lainnya.
Kalau harga, di rumah makan Gozali Pangandaran semua hidangan dijual per satu paket plus nasi.
“Sangat murah seperti sop dengkul, SOP iga, sop buntut dan sop daging per satu paketnya Rp 35 ribu. Kalau sop ayam kampung satu paket Rp 30 ribu dan pindang gunung satu paket Rp 20 ribu,” ungkap Kiran. (*)
