LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Mobil operasional komite Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 1 Banjarsari Kabupaten Ciamis Jawa Barat dijual oleh kepala sekolah.
Habib Namsi, Ketua komite SMPN 1 Banjarsari mengatakan mobil tersebut berjenis APV warisan komite terdahulu dan memang tidak efektif penggunanya.
“Sehingga pihak komite sempat ngobrol-ngobrol (kepada kepala sekolah) mending dijual saja dan di ganti dengan yang lebih efektif” kata Habib saat di wawancarai sejumlah wartawan Senin, (9/10/2023).
Meski demikian, hal tersebut hanya sebatas obrolan biasa dan belum dituangkan di dalam berita acara bahwa kepala sekolah bisa menjual.
“Tahu-tahu sudah di jual dan dibelikan lagi tanpa memberi tahu (musyawarah) kepada pihak komite” ujarnya.
Menurut dia, mobil tersebut dijual dengan harga Rp 65 juta. Uang tersebut di potong untuk jasa penjualan (Calo) sebesar Rp 3 juta. Tanpa sepengetahuan komite.
“Kemudian dibelikan kembali mobil losbak seharga Rp 45 Juta. Dan 17 Juta di gunakan untuk bikin pagar sekolah” ucapnya.
Habib menyebut, Sebenarnya rekan-rekan komite yang lain juga punya sikap, mereka tidak terlalu percaya dengan apa yang disampaikan kepala sekolah.
“karena memang prosesnya tidak melibatkan komite” ujar Habib.
Sukandi, Kepala Sekolah membenarkan mobil operasional komite dijual, ia menilai mobil tersebut sudah tidak terurus.
“ya di jual lah daripada jadi sampah. Buat apa? Itu kan uang itu” kata kepsek.
Kemudian, uang sisa membeli mobil losbak di gunakan untuk pemberesan gerbang sekolah, penataan lingkungan, beli tong sampah dan lain-lain.
Kata Sukandi, sebelumnya hal tersebut telah di musyawarahkan dengan pihak komite.
“Kalau memang ada masalah yang belum tuntas mengapa mereka (komite) tidak bermusyawarah lagi?” katanya.
Sebenarnya, status mobil tersebut dibeli sudah lama sekitar delapan tahun atau sepuluh tahun yang lalu.
“Dari situ tidak ada yang mengurus mobil. Dan yang membelinya juga tanda tanya, masa duit masyarakat buat beli mobil, apa itu bener?” ucapnya.
Bukan hanya itu, berita acara pembeliannya seperti hitam diatas putihnya tidak ada.
“ini gaya-gayaaan aja sekolah beli mobil, semua sekolah sekabupaten mungkin. Untuk sekolah negeri kalau punya mobil aneh, buat apa manfaatnya?” katanya.
Meski demikian, ia menyebut bukan berarti pihaknya tidak setuju sekolah mempunyai mobil.
