LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Masa kampanye Pemilu 2024, Bawaslu Kabupaten Pangandaran menemukan calon legislatif (Caleg) peserta Pemilu yang diduga melakukan pelanggaran.
Dugaan pelanggaran tersebut terjadi dipertengahan masa kampanye dan dilakukan oleh dua orang Caleg.
“Dua terduga yang melanggar saat kampanye ini di antaranya, satu Caleg DPR RI dan satu lagi Caleg DPRD Kabupaten. Namun, untuk partainya saya enggak bisa disebutin,” kata Iwan Yudiawan Ketua Bawaslu Kabupaten Pangandaran, Jum’at (19/1/2024).
Terduga pelanggar pertama yaitu soal bantuan sembako yang diduga sebagai alat saat berkampanye.
“Tapi, ternyata bukti buktinya belum bisa dibuktikan secara utuh sehingga diputuskan belum memenuhi unsur karena bukti-buktinya tidak terpenuhi. Tapi, tetap ada dugaan pelanggaran administrasinya dan dilanjutkan diberi sangsi berupa teguran,” jelasnya.
Terduga pelanggar kedua, yaitu ada Caleg yang terindikasi melibatkan anak yang tidak memiliki hak pilih atau masyarakat dibawah umur saat berkampanye.
Kemudian, saat berkampanye terindikasi menjanjikan program bantuan pemerintah berupa Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP).
“Caleg tersebut terindikasi menjanjikan program pemerintah (PIP) dan sekarang sedang diproses apakah betul menjanjikan program tersebut atau tidak,” paparnya.
Untuk terduga pelanggar kedua, sekarang sedang dilakukan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi dan lain sebagainya oleh Gakkumdu.
“Putusannya, insyaallah Minggu depan, apakah terbukti unsurnya apakah tidak,” ungkapnya. (*)
