Koordinator Aksi damai, Solihin menyebut jalan tersebut hingga saat ini belum diperbaiki oleh pihak BBWS Citanduy.
“Yang pertama jalan karang mukti, jalan rawa ono dan jalan citangkolo yang ada di mulyasari” ujarnya.
Selanjutnya, meminta ganti rugi atas gagal panen yang berlokasi di wilayah lakbok Ciamis dengan jumlah lahan pesawahan sekitar 6.000 hektare.
Selain itu ia juga menuntut, pemasok barang material yang hingga saat ini belum dibayar agar segera dibayar dan tenaga kerja yang telah digunakan proyek BBWS untuk segera dibayar.
“Kami akan melakukan aksi di BBWS bilamana tuntunan kami tidak dilaksanakan” katanya.
Solihin menduga adanya persekongkolan antara pejabat BBWS serta penyedia jasa dan adanya pemaketan BBWS yang berdampak kerugian para pengusaha menengah kecil kebawah.
Solihin juga mengklaim adanya dugaan pemborosan keuangan negara, kebocoran keuangan negara dan adanya penyimpangan kegiatan anggaran yang telah ditetapkan didalam undang-undang.
“mohon KPK untuk memeriksa harta kekayaan para pejabat dan pengawas BBWS Citanduy, serta periksa laporan harta kekayaannya” ucapnya.
Ia berencana, bilamana tuntutanya tidak dipenuhi pihak BBWS akan melaporkan langsung ke gedung merah putih KPK.
