LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Masyarakat di Desa Cibogo Kecamatan Padaherang Kabupaten Pangandaran belum pernah merasakan hasil dari program ketahanan pangan yang di lakukan pihak pemerintah Desa.
Kepala Desa, Karsim mengatakan, ketahanan pangan tahun 2022 pihaknya mengalokasikan anggaran tersebut ke hewani kambing dengan jumlah 20 ekor.
“20 ekor pembesaran dan yang 5 ekor diternakan. Tapi, waktu itu pas pelaksanaan saya purna bakti jadi saya tidak tau” ucapnya saat diwawancarai Senin (21/8/2023).
Menurutnya, kambing dipelihara oleh dua warga Desa Cibogo, namun kata dia, salah satu pemelihara menyerah lantaran kambing tersebut mati.
“pak sutiyono menyerah soalnya kambingnya pada mati, bibitnya dua anaknya dua. Kakinya pada borok (koreng)” katanya.
Ia menuturkan, Untuk sejauh ini, dari awal hingga sekarang pihaknya belum pernah menjual kambing tersebut.
Sementara, ketahanan pangan tahun 2023 pihaknya mengalokasikan ke hewani ikan nila beserta pembuatan kolam dengan jumlah anggaran sekitar Rp 162 Juta.
Ia menyebut pembuatan kolam sedang dikerjakan dan sudah berjalan beberapa pekan lalu di lahan desa cibogo.
Selain itu, ia juga menjelaskan alasan pihak desa mengalokasikan ke hewani ikan, lantaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan salah satu komponen bantuan BPNT.
“Dulu kan ada yang namanya bantuan BPNT, disitu ada yang berbentuk ikan, nah itu untuk mengedrop bantuan BPNT itu. Jangan sampai BPNT di desa cibogo ngambil ikannya dari luar Cibogo” kata dia.
Sementara, dari hasil ikan tersebut, ucap dia, dibagi antara pengelola (Kelompok) dengan pihak desa cibogo.
“Nanti misalkan pembuatan kolam dihitung berapa, modal ikan dan untuk pakan berapa, hasilnya persentase di musyawarahkan antara pihak desa dengan kelompok, itu nanti soalnya belum dibentuk kelompoknya” ucapnya. (art).
