LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Dalam survey indikator politik masyarakat terhadap polri pada 11-17 April 2023 menunjukan angka 73,2 persen kepercayaan warga terhadap polisi.
“Publik trust Polri terus bergerak positif. Terbaru, angkanya kembali meningkat, menjadi 73,2 persen,” ujar Direktur Eksekutif Indikator Politik Indonesia (IPI) Burhanuddin Muhtadi dalam pemaparannya, Minggu 30 April 2023.
Salah satu alasan yang mendasari meningkatnya kepercayaan kepada Polri adalah dampak tindakan tegas Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo terhadap para jenderal yang terlilit perkara.
Polri, juga bersikap netral dengan tidak melindungi para perwiranya dari jerat hukum maksimal.
Pada survei sebelumnya, tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri pada Februari 2023 baru menyentuh 70,8 persen.
Artinya, dalam rentang setidaknya dua bulan, ada peningkatan yang cukup signifikan.
“Ada 71,5 persen masyarakat yang puas terkait kinerja Kepolisian membangun komunikasi dengan warga. Ada juga 73,6 persen yang puas dengan usaha Kepolisian memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat,” ungkapnya.
Survei ini digelar pada 11-17 April 2023 terhadap 1.220 responden. Survei dilakukan dengan cara wawancara tatap muka oleh pewawancara yang terlatih.
Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode multistage random sampling. Adapun margin of error survei +/- 2,9% dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%.
Peneliti utama Indikator Burhanuddin Muhtadi mengungkap data yang dipaparkan sejak April 2014 sampai April 2023.
Hasilnya pada April 2023, tren kepercayaan terhadap Polri meningkat berdasarkan survei Indikator Politik Indonesia.
