LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Jelang liburan panjang Idul Fitri tahun 2023, Jabar Quick Response (JQR) akan menyelenggarakan JQR Lifeguard Training yang akan dilaksanakan di Pantai Pangandaran pada tanggal 17-19 Maret 2023 nanti.

Tahun 2022 ada sekitar 38 kejadian orang hanyut dan tenggelam serta 28 meninggal dunia dan 6 hilang.
Ketua Pelaksana JQR Lifeguard Training Sandi Prisma Putra mengungkapkan banyaknya korban wisatawan yang hanyut di tempat wisata khususnya pantai, menjadi perhatian JQR dan mendorong organisasinya untuk mengadakan program JQR lifeguard Training ini.
Hal itu bertujuan, tentu untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan wisatawan di pantai.
“Kami termotivasi mengadakan kegiatan ini, dari analisa kami beberapa hal yang mendasari sumber kejadian kecelakaan itu salah satunya sumber daya manusia dalam hal ini life guard yang jumlahnya masih terbatas,” ucapnya.
Sandi mengatakan untuk JQR Lifeguard Training ini untuk jumlah pesertanya ditargetkan sebanyak 60 peserta terdiri dari lifeguard dan potensi yang memang kaitannya dengan pantai atau laut.
“Peserta ini harus mempunyai dasar keterampilan berenang. Pesertanya dari Kota/Kab di Jabar yang wilayahnya memiliki garis pantai dan kerap kali di kunjungi wisatawan,” ungkapnya.
Sandi berharap dari kegiatan JQR Lifeguard Training ini bisa memberikan kontribusi dari segi Sumber Daya Manusia khususnya penjaga pantai (Lifeguard) hal itu guna bisa mengurangi korban khususnya wisatawan yang sedang berlibur dan memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman.
Sementara itu, Jabar Quick Response bekerja sama dengan Balawista Pangandaran dan Polairud Pangandaran mengadakan pelatihan lifeguard dengan sertifikasi internasional.
Kemudian dengan melibatkan para lifeguard di setiap wisata pantai Jawa Barat dan potensi SAR yang tergabung di FKP3D Jabar.
Serta relawan medis yang nantinya akan diberikan keilmuan oleh dokter yang tergabung dalam AMP (Atlas Medical Pioneer) terkait teknik CPR dan pertolongan pertama pada korban tenggelam.
AMP sendiri merupakan organisasi pecinta alam dari Fakultas Kedokteran Umum Universitas Padjadjaran yang berdiri pada tanggal 16 April 1973 yang seringkali turut terlibat dalam operasi pencarian dan pertolongan dengan spesialisasi pertolongan medis. (*)
