LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Ketua DPC Partai PKB yang juga merupakan anggota DPRD Pangandaran, Otang Tarlian menyoroti soal pinjaman jangka panjang sebesar Rp 350 Miliar.
Menurutnya, Pinjaman tersebut telah melampaui batas akhir masa jabatan bupati. Maka, ia menyampaikan beberapa poin yang harus diperhatikan pemkab pangandaran.
“Harus ada rekomendasi dari tiga Kementrian” Ujar Otang melalui pesan singkat Whataps Jumat, (15/12/2023).
Dia menjelaskan, Pinjaman itu diluar kemampuan pemda. Sehingga harus cermat dalam mengatasi ketika gagal bayar.
Selain itu, Portofolio di susun oleh pihak pemerintah bersama dengan BPKB menjadi salah satu acuan dalam menyusun KUA – PPAS 2024.
Menurut dia, Rincian yang dipaparkan itu adalah rancangan yang belum mengacu pada portofolio, karena, masih muncul belanja barang dan jasa serta muncul hibah.
“Sementara, TPP dan tunjangan non PNS itu tidak termasuk kepada jumlah defisit yang muncul” katanya.
Kata Otang, pihaknya menyepakati KUA – PPAS untuk dibahas termasuk didalam pendapatan dari pinjaman tersebut.
Lebih lanjut, berprioritas kepada penyelesaian defisit serta peningkatan PAD, maka harus disepakati belanja skala prioritas.
“Sederhana saja, jika dalam satu keluarga punya hutang, maka untuk membayar hutang harus menghemat dan berusaha mencari penghasilan tambahan”
