Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Pangandaran Dadang Solihat mengatakan, Jadi soal retribusi parkir ini adalah satu amanat undang-undang.
Bahwa, di Perda untuk penarikan tiket parkir tidak bisa disatukan di pintu masuk objek wisata di Kabupaten Pangandaran.
“Retribusi parkir itu, harus berdiri sendiri. Artinya, mutlak langsung di lapangan. Jadi, posisinya dibedakan antara karcis masuk dengan parkir,” jelasnya di kantornya di Pangandaran, Rabu (10/1/2024).
Penarikan tarif parkir itu, tentu dilakukan oleh Dinas Perhubungan yang seperti halnya biasa dilaksanakan di daerah lain.
“Sekarang juga, kan, dishub sedang mempersiapkan untuk mengakomodir semuanya,” kata Dadang.
Menurutnya, retribusi dari parkir tentu bisa optimal apabila pengelolaan parkirnya benar- benar bagus atau tidak ada kebocoran.
“Kalau yang punya target, kan Dishub. Tapi, kita Bapenda punya fungsi evaluasi dan monitoring. Makanya, saya sarankan pengelolaan parkir ini bisa lebih optimal. Baik dari sisi pemungutnya ataupun di pihak ketigakan,” paparnya.
Pada intinya, Bapenda menyarankan Dishub Pangandaran untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi para wisatawan.
“Ya, kita harapkan pelayanan ke masyarakat itu bisa luar biasa. Kalau pelayanan bagus, tentu masyarakat ataupun wisatawan tidak akan keberatan dengan harga tarif parkir tersebut,” harapnya.
Sebelumnya, Pemda melalui Dishub Kabupaten Pangandaran menetapkan penarikan tarif parkir yang berjalan mulai tanggal 5 Januari 2024.
Ada dua katagori yang ditetapkan dalam penarikan tarif parkir yakni, tarif parkir khusus dan tarif parkir di tepi jalan umum khususnya di kawasan objek wisata di Pangandaran.
Parkir khusus, untuk roda dua tarifnya Rp 5 ribu, roda empat biasa Rp 10 ribu, bus kecil seperti Elf, Hiace dan sejenisnya Rp 25 ribu, bus sedang Rp 50 ribu dan bus besar Rp 75 ribu.
Sementara untuk yang parkir di tepi jalan umum di kawasan objek wisata, itu tarifnya hanya berlaku untuk sekali parkir.
Jadi, mobil penumpang biasa sekali parkir Rp 4 ribu, bus besar sekali parkir Rp 5 ribu dan sepeda motor sekali parkir Rp 3 ribu.
Namun, untuk ketentuan parkir di tepi jalan umum ketika kendaraan tersebut berpindah pindah tempat parkir maka mereka akan terkena tarif parkir tepi jalan umum lagi. (*)
