LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pangandaran akan memberlakukan kebijakan baru terkait tarif tiket masuk ke sejumlah objek wisata.
Aturan baru ini, akan berlaku per 5 Januari 2024.
Kadis Disparbud Kabupaten Pangandaran Tonton Guntari mengatakan, perubahan tarif masuk itu dilakukan karena saat ini perhitungan retribusi tak didasarkan jenis kendaraan, melainkan jumlah orang.
Alhasil, terdapat penyesuaian tarif masuk ke sejumlah objek wisata di Kabupaten Pangandaran.
“Pokoknya nanti hitungannya tarif masuk itu per orang. Selama ini kan hitungannya per kendaraan,” tegasnya dihubungi wartawan, Selasa (2/1/2024).
Tonton juga menegaskan, tarif masuk ke objek wisata akan disesuaikan per kawasannya. Kawasan pertama akan melingkupi objek wisata Pantai Pangandaran dan Pantai Batu Hiu dengan tarif Rp 20 ribu per orang.
Sementara itu, untuk kawasan Pantai Batukaras dan Pantai Madasari tarifnya Rp 15 ribu per orang.
Sedangkan untuk kawasan ketiga adalah Pantai Karapyak dengan tarif Rp 6.000 per orang, dan kawasan keempat Green Canyon Rp 10 ribu per orang.
“Jadi itu wisatawan yang bayar untik satu kawasan. Tidak banyak pintu tiket,” ungkap Tonton.
Menurutnya, aturan baru itu merupakan penyesuaian yang harus dilakukan.
Dia menilai, retribusi wisatawan yang masuk ke objek wisata itu sudah semestinya dihitung per orang, bukan per kendaraan.
“Subjek retribusi itu bukan kendaraan, tapi orang. Kendaraan hanya sebagai alat angkut orang yang mau berlibur,” jelasnya.
Dengan membayar tarif retribusi itu, wisatawan tak perlu lagi membayar biaya masuk kendaraan ke objek wisata.
Namun, nantinya akan diberlakukan tarif parkir yang berbeda untuk kendaraan yang masuk. Tarif parkir itu akan diatur oleh Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pangandaran.
Sebelumnya wisatawan yang masuk ke Pantai Pangandaran, Pantai Karapyak, dan Pantai Batukaras, dikenai tarif per orang menjadi Rp 10 ribu.
Kemudian kendaraan motor dikenakan tiket Rp 20 ribu, mobil kecil Rp 60 ribu, minibus kecil Rp 95 ribu, minibus besar Rp 135 ribu, bus kecil Rp 205 ribu, bus sedang Rp 295 ribu, dan bus besar Rp 515 ribu.
Khusus untuk Pantai Batu Hiu, tarif per orang dikenakan Rp 9.000. Sementara kendaraan motor dikenakan tiket Rp 15 ribu, mobil kecil Rp 50 ribu, minibus kecil Rp 75 ribu, minibus besar Rp 110 ribu, bus kecil Rp 170 ribu, bus sedang 245 ribu, dan bus besar Rp 420 ribu.
Sedangkan di Green Canyon tarif masuk per orang Rp 10 ribu belum termasuk sewa perahu.
Pemda Pangandaran pun sempat memberlakukan tarif tiket masuk terusan ke tiga objek wisata.
Yakni, Pantai Pangandaran, Pantai Batu Hiu, dan Pantai Batukaras, dengan harga Rp 20 ribu per orang.
Untuk wisatawan yang menggunakan kendaraan, seperti tiket sepeda motor Rp 40 ribu dengan tiket terusan, jeep/sedan Rp 120 ribu, minibus kecil Rp 180 ribu, minubus besar Rp 250 ribu, bus kecil Rp 400 ribu, bus sedang Rp 550 ribu, dan bus besar Rp 980 ribu.
Namun, mulai 5 Januari 2024, tarif masuk ke sejumlah objek wisata di Kabupaten Pangandaran akan dihitung per orang.
