LENSAPANGANDARAN.COM – Sat Reskrim Polres Pangandaran Polda Jabar ungkap dua kasus penyalahgunaan sediaan farmasi sejenis obat tramadol, Hexymer dan Trihexyphenidyl.
Pertama, yang dilakukan tersangka berinisial PJL (25) dan PN (29) warga Kabupaten Pangandaran Jawa Barat.
Kedua tersangka berhasil ditangkap, saat melakukan transaksi di warung kopi belakang tugu Grand Pangandaran wilayah Desa Pananjung Kecamatan Pangandaran pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2023.
Merdeka berhasil ditangkap setelah personel Sat Narkoba Polres Pangandaran mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat.
Bahwa ada yang membeli, menyimpan dan mengkonsumsi sediaan farmasi sejenis obat tramadol, Hexymer dan Trihexyphenidyl.
Kemudian dilakukan penyelidikan dengan cara mendatangi TKP dan mencari ciri-ciri orang yang diinformasikan tersebut.
Dan ternyata benar, sekira pukul 19.30 WIB di Warung Kopi Belakang Tugu Grand Pangandaran tertangkap PJL
Kemudian, saat dilakukan penggeledahan di badan maupun kendaraan milik tersangka PJL ditemukan barang bukti berupa 15 butir jenis obat Tramadol.
Terus 14 bungkus plastik clip kecil yang berisi per klip 5 butir jumlah total 70 butir jenis obat Hexymer dan 3 lembar berisi perlembar 10 butir dengan jumlah total 30 butir jenis obat Trihexyphenidyl yang dimasukan kedalam kantong plastik warna hitam didalam dompet berwarna merah.
Selanjutnya diamankan 1 unit handphone merk Oppo warna hitam milik tersangka PJL yang diduga digunakan sebagai alat mengedarkan obat-obatan tersebut.
Saat diinterogasi, tersangka PJL mengaku mendapatkan sediaan farmasi tersebut dari satu orang berinisial PN asal Kecamatan Kalipucang Kabupaten Pangandaran.
Kedua, dilakukan oleh tersangka berinisial MHL (30) asal Aceh Utara yang melakukan transaksi di Kecamatan Padaherang Kabupaten Pangandaran pada tanggal 12 September 2023.
Saat diamankan dan dilakukan penggeledahan terhadap tersangka MHL, ditemukan barang bukti berupa obat sediaan farmasi sejenis Dextro, Tramadol, Trihexyphenidyl dan Hexymer dengan jumlah keseluruhan 4302 butir.
Kemudian uang tunai hasil penjualan sebesar Rp 52 ribu, 1 buah handphone merek Oppo warna hitam, 1 buah buku catatan penjualan obat.
Kapolres Pangandaran AKBP Imara Utama mengatakan, para tersangka yang menyalahgunakan ketersediaan farmasi tersebut terancam hukuman 5 sampai 12 tahun penjara.
“Karena, terjerat pasal 435 juncto pasal 436 undang-undang Republik Indonesia nomor 17 tahun 2023 tentang kesehatan,” katanya kepada sejumlah wartawan di Aula Polres Pangandaran, Rabu (4/10/2023).
Semua tersangka beserta barang buktinya dibawa ke Kantor Sat Res Narkoba Polres Pangandaran untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. (*)
